Standard Returns

Up to 60 days with or without receipt if order can be found in Epicor

Must not be cut, weathered or otherwise show any signs of use to receive credit
Subject to pick up and handling charge if require pick up from jobsite
Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment only

Special Orders

Special orders are FINAL Sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable
Special Orders must be paid in full, cannot be cancelled once placed with supplier; deposits are non-refundable
Milled orders are considered as special order and are non-returnable and non-refundable

Claims

All claims for damages/shortages must be made within 14 days from date of pickup or delivery
